Letter 5/5 saying we have received your claim
Letter 6/6 saying still not made a decision and can take up to 15 weeks! Is this 15 weeks from the 6/6 or the actual date they scanned the form!
I feel so sorry for everyone waiting, I can see some people have waited up to 20 weeks!
Surely this can't be right!
