After school/Evening routines

Would anybody mind sharing what their typical after school up to bedtime routine is? I have a 10 and 12 year old, both neurodivergent. We seem to have slowly slipped into chaos, too much screen time, late bedtimes and horrendous mornings as a result. I need to give us all a massive overhaul! Thank you 😊

I can’t say ours is great for DS who is 8 but happy to share!!

3.45 home from school
Drink, snack, get changed
Straight in garden if weather good, trampoline/ swing/ slide
4.30 head out to get DC2 from school
5pm back home, stick in dinner
TV whilst waiting for dinner
5.30/6pm eat dinner
Bet 6 and 7 usually back in garden, we may head out for a bit of shopping, go to our local town for an ice cream after dinner, need to get DC out of house for a bit, may need to run a few errands
Back for 7, look at books, bit more TV, DH gets home at 7.30 ish, kids play/ fight
8pm shower/Bath, listen to some music, chill out after bath time
9pm melatonin
9.30 starting to get tired, may flick through a few books, he’s happy to laze whilst TV on in background
10pm ready for bed (usually)

he’s not up the following morning til 7.45 assuming he sleeps through.

DD11 doesn't do anything massively special tbh, she has autism and a learning disability.

3:30- home and a snack, she also has to hang up her coat, put her shoes away and get her lunchbox/flask in the sink to be washed. Then she'll play outside if the weather's nice, but if not she likes to go in her tent in the kids bedroom and watch her tablet.

4:30-530- make tea and eat it (she likes chopping!)

5:30-630- she usually wants to do some sensory type play. I got her the Colour Science Lab kit from Galt and a big box of food colouring, so she likes creating different colours. She'll focus on this for quite a long time.

6:30-730- sometime in this period is bath, DD really likes this and will stay in the bath until very wrinkly if allowed lol.

7:30-8:30ish- usually likes her kindle/switch. I cut her (and the others) off at 8:30 and then she'll switch to her yoto or books in bed. Usually sits chatting with her sister (they share a room).

9ish- I tell them to try and get some sleep, but tbh they chat a bit and usually sleep by about 9:30ish instead.
