Hi I’m new I sent my new claim
form on 15/05 not had a letter or text to say they’ve received my form is this normal or should I ring to check they’ve received it thanks

I got my letter well into the third week from the date it arrived with them. Do you know the date yours arrived?

They got my forms on the 14/05 i received a letter the week after, you should call them x

When did you post your form x

I didn't get my letter confirming they'd received it until gone 3 weeks after they did, it's normal to not hear anything for a while, don't panic 😊 xx

I posted my sons off 15/04 and still haven’t had confirmation. Only know it’s there as I rang but I’d sent it special delivery too x

I didn’t hear back for a while then got 2 letters at once and not heard back since 🙄

I sent them the 10/05 recorded delivery x

Hi, I sent mine 10/5 with the free post envelope, I’ve still not heard anything, called Wednesday and it still hasn’t been scan on they said there is a back log of scanning new claims on

Can anyone explain the text thing to me? My scan date is 21/02 and thus far I've had two letters, no text. What does the text message mean in terms of timings etc? Thank you

I think we'll have to do the form again, with him not turning 5 for 6 months it's a long time for things to change x

I reckon you'll get a letter soon. It's very hit and miss though. However, I was about to check they'd not lost mine when the letter came, so in your shoes I'd call to check. 9am is a good time, if you can.

Freepost seems to make scanning low priority for some reason. It's odd.

I think it's a bit random with regard to the texts. I got my first text on 20th May at 14 weeks but haven't heard anything since. I'm 16 weeks tomorrow.

The more the weeks pass the more I'm doubting everything I've written in the form is enough. Anxiety making me doubt myself keep thinking I've forgot something

Same here . Although I took copies of my forms before sending them and I didn’t even write his hypermobility or his panic disorder diagnosis on them 🤦🏻‍♀️
