Sandals for hypermobility

DD (4) is hypermobile. We've been given a pair of sandals with straps that are quite difficult for her to walk in.

I think we need some sturdy ones where the foot doesn't move at all inside the sandal. Any ideas? Most sandals are quite strappy and flimsy.

We found Geox sandals had good arch and heel support
