Scan date 05/02, was with DM last Thursday (unsure how long it has been) and today I called to check and have been told they have marked as “first” due to financial hardship (had to reduce hours at work again due to little ones care needs), has anyone else had this? How long would you leave it to check again?

My scan date is 06/02, I called Friday and said about having to leave my job due to son’s needs and single parent so informed financial hardship. I called today and they said it was given to a DM yesterday so I’m waiting too. Hope you here soon

Yes a new claim, I called on Friday to see how long it's going to take and they said a decision was made on Thursday by a trainee decision maker.

So.. gave them a call, the DM needs to call me tomorrow to finalise our AWARD!! 😭 she couldn't tell me what we have been awarded however, there's an error made by my son's GP who had completely written my sons name WRONG hence why there hasn't been any updates. But, my sons consultant sent the same report but with his extra parts and my sons name written properly and they figured the GP letter was for my son too.
I'm having heart palpitations!! I want to cry! 😭 xx

My scan date is 22/03 new claim,so now I got anxiety hearing this Xx

Hopefully there training more staff so they can get through the claims much quicker.
