I cannot believe the telephone call today to the DLA. I'm chasing up my twins renewals. Both filled in, popped in the brown envelope. The lady at the post office advised me to do special delivery but they could both go in the same special delivery envelope.
I saw on the post office tracking that the envelope had got there.
Calling up today for a progress check, one renewal is with a decision maker. The other there's no record of it ever being received, so the claim has ended! I explained to the man that that was impossible as they were in the same special delivery envelope. The thought of doing the forms all over again, and then the waiting for a decision is just so disheartening.
