Just wondering if here's someone with more knowledge, experience with this. The question is about how other pensions can affect my child's entitlement to DLA. He's not born in UK as we moved here when he was baby ten years ago. Sadly his father, my late husband, died shortly after. And my son receives Survivor's pension from country he was born. That's the pension we are eligible to even if we live abroad. It's like 'child maintenance' paid by government as one of the parents have passed away before child turns 16. Anyways, I would like to get some advice how this could affect DLA decision. My son has ASD with ARFID eating disorder, allergic eye condition...going through the assessment, loads of evidence from hospital, school. Have tried to do some research through Google, but just wondering if here's someone who would know more.
