DLA appointee review

Hello 😁 I wonder if anyone can help. I received a letter from DWP to to review my appointee duties for my 13 year old son. My sons been awarded DLA since 2019 and Iv never received one before. I’m unsure what information I am supposed to give and getting very worried. Has anyone else received this letter.

It doesn’t mean anything other than they are reviewing the appointeeship. It just happens sometimes. Nothing to worry about.
