Totally feeling this today! Felt nervous as hell all day. Was confirmed it's definitely on DM desk Friday scan date 22/12.

@Fee89 brilliant thank you my daughters was 23 weeks from ringing for forms so I know I'm in for a wait I worked out July based on hers but thought I'd ask thanks again

don’t let them fob you off saying they can’t do the application over the phone, they can, regardless of the child’s age. I got told a few porkies by them 🙄 Good luck. Let us know how you get on xx

I’m 17/11, but idiot here didn’t know about child benefit so never claimed 🙈 so been waiting for a national insurance number for my daughter 🙄
she gets child benefit now though 🙌 so hoping it will speed things up now 🙏 xx

some people get a decision around the 15 week mark so it might not be long at all now. You’re over half way anyway 😄 the wait is bloody awful xx

Morning, I’ve called it so many times, but got a mental block now 🙈 it’s option 5, then 2 or 3, then 1 I think. Sorry, not much help at all 😂
just don’t choose the option for a new claim. That will take you the quick way. Hopefully someone will come along before 9am who’s more help 🙈😅🤦‍♀️

It wont be a decline. But you will be super pleased when you hear awarded 💕. I hate waiting when the outcome is unknown. All we ever do is wait for strangers to make up their minds 😬 xx

Think the wait is the worst... or when you call you get rude person who doesn't know or refuses to check :-/

Get sassy back with them 😂. When they start counting the weeks be like 'im a maths teacher i know how basic counting works'. Cant tell you if its with a d.m. 'well come on now sally we both know thats not true, pat down the street got told friday' 😂😂

Lol I would but was too shocked... so I decided to wait...
I'm kinda worried he will be declined but still hopeful!
Think I sent more evidence with his than older brothers (older brothers was renewal this time) doesn't help the biggest part for his is the assesment for dyspraxia and it's 3yr wait for diagnosis! Yet he is 8 and needs help dressing walking and is still unable to use cutlery :-(

They confirmed they received my additional evidence last week but also said it’s not with a DM yet which I expected. I got the ‘20 week speech’ too.

It feels so much less painful calling when you get through straight away doesn’t it? X

Just got straight through and they literally picked the phone up and put it back down again. I know I'm gonna be in for a long wait now, called again at 9.03 so let's see how long we're bloody waiting today!
