Well I’ve just got off the phone to Kim, my heart sank when she said her name 😂🙈 but she was so lovely and so helpful. For some reason the claim wasn’t registered, so she spent a while registering it all. Did a trace and got my daughters NI number and sent everything over to the case manager. Case manager came back straight away and said it wasn’t allocated in her pile anymore. So Kim did something else and sent it over as a 1st, so it’s back in case managers pile and will be looked at as priority. She asked me to call back on Friday to see if there’s an outcome 🤞 xx
