Motor delay help

My twins have both had their 1 year check today, and as I expected they were in the black zone for gross motor, grey zone for fine motor and personal social, all good for the others.

They are 10m old corrected age (1 year actual). They can sit if I sit them up, although can be unsteady, and roll both ways. They can’t get into a crawling position, crawl, or bear much weight on their legs so can’t stand or pull up etc etc. they can’t get into a sitting position by themselves.

if anyone has experience of this, could you let me know how it progressed for you and your child? Was there a reason for their delay, and did they manage to move on to crawling/walking?

they have been referred for physio. They had a difficult birth and were born at 32w very small, both had small brain bleeds that resolved themselves.

they are happy little things, very smiley, giggly and social. They can feed themselves, hold their own bottles etc. I’m mainly worried about gross motor at the min as they are very delayed in this area.

I am unsure if it is similar but just some hope. My LO didn’t crawl till a year old and sat up around 10 months old (still unsteady) all the other milestones delayed naturally. Pull to stand around 14 months and learnt to walk at 18 months old. Till now about to turn 3 still has balance issues, coordination and problems writing. Had hearing issues which are now resolved but we are awaiting a diagnosis of ASD at the moment. We did have 3 monthly follow up from HV till walking but no help. Born full term. After seeing physio around two years they just commented on W sitting and top toeing which has now subsided.
