Spoiling a hyperactive child?

My DD has ASD, dyspraxia and mixed type ADHD. The main issue I have is her hyperactivity.

She's an only child and I like to keep her busy - - she has a couple of after school activities..

Every non school day (I'm off all school holidays) I take her out - soft plays, parks in summer, kid's attractions she's interested in - theme parks, musicals. If we aren't out I arrange play dates.

My family tell me I'm spoiling her and that it is good to be bored. - in my view I'm keeping her entertained and she's harder to entertain than most children . She has plenty of down time at home to pursue her hobbies but after a couple of hours it's asking to go on the iPad/ watch tv which I think isn't great for ADHD kids and is addictive so I'd rather take her outside.

The other parents of hyperactive children I know similarly keep their children very busy. She's appreciative of the outings and will say "thank you mummy for taking me to X" .

Doesn’t sound spoilt to me. Do what meets DD’s needs and ignore anyone saying you are spoiling DD.
