My local council runs a two hour creche for SEN kids. When I drop my child in the morning, I see that many times he's the only child and there are 8 staff members, as no one else has showed up. Why is the council wasting our money? I am grateful to use it but I don't like how they are throwing money at a service people aren't using. I'm afraid if I complain, we won't get to use it anymore either. What should I do?
