Family fund grant?

I am currently in receipt of dla high care and mobility for my son only approved last month as had to appeal, we are homeless and have been for 10 months, I have finally been given a property and am trying to figure how I will be able to fund the furniture as the flat is literally bare. I have asked for mainly a fridge, washing machine, and cooker as this is the most important and sofas. I am unsure of how much they will cover and would like a rough idea from whomever has been granted before pls. I prefer to think ahead so I can save the fallout and be prepared Thankyou.

Highly unlikely to cover all of that and there is a wait for family fund applications so you may be waiting a while which might not help if you are moving in soon.

Forgive me if you know this already - there are often 'buy nothing' groups on facebook where people donate stuff. Sofas turn up pretty regularly, as do beds. White goods is harder, but not impossible and worth asking for.
