Down syndrome

My dd is now almost 3 months old and it is time to do the dreaded DLA forms.
Just wondered if you ladies could help with what to include she has Down syndrome.

I know it sounds stupid but I'm struggling what to put on the form. Any experience from any ladies in filling form out.

I do have the BHAS guides but was looking for the more personal stuff IYKWIM.

Also what rate can we expect to get??

DLA is based on needs, not diagnosis. So, no-one can tell you what rate DD may get based on your OP because it depends on what extra care DD needs.

Have a look at Cerebra’s guide. Also, the Down Syndrome Association has a guide for DLA for DC aged 0-3yrs that is worth a look.
