My 3 year old in october there might have autism he has all the signs and is getting assessed soon but the thing I was wondering is at birthday time there he wouldnt open his gifts showed no interest at all could this be his autism or just his age as ithought by now hed be opening his gifts or showing some interest

My ds was same at that age the xmas before his 5th birthday is when he finally showed interest in opening gifts.

My 5yo has no interest in presents. We’ve tried not wrapping them and I think it gets a better response.
