Ds' behaviour has really deteriorated lately at home and at school so they have suggested that we re-introduce PECS for all times.
Anyone have any suggestions for the best places to get books, visual timetables and the pictures.
My printer has given up the ghost so I can download any off the net!!

Have you asked the school for copies then at least that way you are using the same symbols at home. Dds school often give copies to parents and to the bus drivers/escorts.

PECS website is good

Inclusive Technology also a fantastic company with very helpful staff. Ask for a catalogue so that you can browse

I (am a SALT) use a lof of Widgit Writing with Symbols, a graphics package which is also sold by Inclusive technology]]

Boardmaker also terrific for making resources and available via Inclusive Technology

I also use Organised Mum calendars a lot with people with comm. difficulties. A steal for £10
