Repeating toys?

Hello everyone

My 4 year old has a speech delay and my dad has this toy repeating snowman thing which repeats everything you say back to you. Anyway when we last visited it really encouraged 4yo to talk which was great and I'm now searching online for similar but not having much luck. Does anyone have something like this and could you recommend one? The one my dad has is discontinued.

My grandchildren have this! Apparently it can voice record for upto 10 minutes, as well as video them, take selfies and has 4 games on it!

These repeat back to you, not sure how good they are.
