Dd11 ASD and her main issues are social and communication. She finds it incredibly hard to make friends, speak to people etc. when she started secondary I'd hoped she's meet her tribe but there don't appear to be any other girls like her. There are other autistic girls at the school but they don't seem to have an issue with making friends.
Has anyone had a child like this where things turned out ok ? I'm worried for her future and living an independent life, working etc.
