Housing application

Hi everyone,
Recently received a epilepsy diagnosis for my dd, I've previously applied to the council for years to go on housing list but kept getting refused. Finally they are processing my application for priority housing. I'm guessing maybe someone will come out and visit! As I have concerns the property we are in isn't suitable for her. She shares a bed with her sister so there's not much room if she falls whilst having a seizure. Also our garden is a really steep hill and a huge oak tree which is about 90ft high is 15ft from the house so the debris and cycle of the tree is a joke. Imagine acorns from 89ft high pelting you on the head. Constant mould due to the trees clogging up guttering and leaks. I am after advice on how to put my case across, I'm not very good with words if I'm honest.
Many thanks

Focus on why DD can’t share a bedroom because of her medical needs rather than the tree itself.
