Re-applying for DLA

I was fortunate enough to have DS 2.10 ASD DLA awarded until 2010 at medium rate care. I am considering reapplying when he is 3 to see if we can get the mobility rate included. Has anyone got any advice on this?

They should send you forms to apply when he is 3, if not ask for the mobility forms.
