I've got an Out N About Nipper Double 360 for my 4 year old and 18 month old. It's lovely, a dream to push and use but if your 4 year old is huge it might be a bit small. My DD2 is fairly tall but slim and light and fits fine, but I think a bigger child might be squashed.

My ds1 who has as was in the front of a marco sky last year when he was 5 - it folds up smallish and is only the width of a single and not much longer , but it's a pain to get up kerbs with a heavy child in front.
could he possibly go on a seat-2-go or does he need to be strapped in?
ds1 is very big for his age and broke his foot recently - i was surprised what pushchirs he did fit in - with strict instructions to keep his feet up! He fitted in my single maclaren and my side by side we2. I have 3 yr old twins and when they were smaller i just used to balance ds1 on the handle and tell him to hold on tight to my arms - or sit him on the end of mamas and papas carrycot pram with twins inside it.

I have a P&T and that works well for me - dd1 is 3.6 (but very tall - think average 5 year old) and dd2 has just turned 1.

Can see it lasting us until dd1 (also ASD) hopefully learns to wait a little more patiently in shops etc. It's not so much the walking that's the issue with dd1, more the stopping

Seriously, though, we should get another couple of years out of it.
