Potty training

My son is 4 and I am potty training him. It is a complete nightmare. He won't tell me when he needs it . If I don't take him after a certain amount of time, he will just do it . The number 2 he will not do on toilet no matter how many times I take him. He will do it in his trousers or pull up. He is starting school in September and I am worried . He has Agenisis of the corpus collosum and I feel like he has Autism and Adhd which needs to be diagnosed. Any advice from mom's who have been through the same?

Is he verbal at all @Akkhan94? Can he tell you if he need a poo or does he display any signs of wanting to go?

He is verbal but he won't tell me he needs to go .

If he's not showing any signs of wanting to go, I'm out of ideas sorry @Akkhan94 , I know that's no help.

Had this with DS, diagnosed ASD. done a couple of poos in potty at start of training but none since, only in pants shows no signs of going or needing to go. But wee he cracked within a week, done bare bum method. Helped that he could see it coming from him, then went into pants, then pants and trousers. Took 2 weeks in total.
Will not use a toilet or potty out of the house though, hopefully your little one doesn't get same idea!
He's also starting school this year.
