The poster is from Herts. I've answered on their thread the pathway as I can see it but I'm from a different authority.
I also note that their new strategy kicks in from next month - they have asked for focus groups on it. Please can any of you who know the process for this LA pop onto the thread above and advise?
I assume the initial referral process with updated forms stays the same.
