Following on from a previous thread I have managed to overturn the LAs decision to not do a EHCP needs assessment before going to tribunal thankfully.
I was wondering if I'm able to ask for OT as part of this assessment?
I know this would be very beneficial for him (he has been on the list to see them for 8 months).

Yes, OT advice can be sought as part of the EHCNA. It comes under Reg 6(1)(h) of the SEN Regs 2014.
