Sleep recommendations

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations of anything over the counter I could give my 6yo to help with sleep. She sleeps deeply once she's out but getting to sleep takes at least 1.5-2h every night.

We practice fairly good sleep hygiene eg bath/books, no screens for a while before bed etc.

Any suggestions?

I should say, no diagnosis yet but she's been referred for ASD AND ADHD traits.

Sometimes Promethazine is used to aid sleep. However, it isn’t licensed for that use, so if you want to buy it OTC rather than have it prescribed you will need to lie about why you want it.

I was told about a magnesium spray from Holland and Barrett for my DS who has always been a terrible sleeper, and it works wonders! I’ve been using it for two months and he now goes to sleep within 10-30 minutes of spraying it onto him, and now sleeps all night. He used to get up around 1am and would often not go back to sleep until 4/5am a few times a week, now he does it couple of times a month.
