Special needs buggies

Hello,

My 5 year old has autism and I want to buy a buggy to help with behaviour, keep her safe etc. She also has a medical issue that means that she gets a lot of tummy ache/struggles to walk at times.

I only want to use the buggy as a back up on a day out/when she's having a bad day, not a regular thing. I ordered the Mobi (something), arrived the other day and it's huge. I've been looking at the Maclaren Major Elite as that goes up to age 8 but no longer in production and even on ebay it's really expensive.

Any ideas? Normal buggies are too small for her now. Scooters are a no for safety reasons...

There are lots of different ones. You could look at Excel Elise, Special Tomato, Special Tomato jogger, Swifty. However, if you think the Mobiquip XL is too big you will probably think the same for them as they are all similar.
