AIBU - car issue

My ex was fortunate enough to win a 30k car that is a BMW M3 - 4 exhaust pipes on the car and it's loud! I can hear him coming up the main road.
He just told me he sold his family car and keeping his new piece and bought cover seats for his car to have our boys in ( 4 and 2) one has autism and the other most likely too. Both are very sensory with sound.

I doughy there's very little you can do about it if he does keep it? Do they have ear defenders and is your Ex open to talking about how the noise might affect them?

I highly doubt you can do much about it.

Are you sure it is a BMW M3? They are more than £30k.
