Help with DLA renewal olease

It’s our First renewal and I’m glad to see the form is a lot shorter but im really unclear on what I need to do. Do they go by previous information? As there’s nowhere near enough space to derail his difficulties.
Also, when sending off evidence, do I only need to send to send new things? For example, the EHCP hasn’t been updated (annual review is very late) and previous diagnosis reports I sent last time.

Don’t rely on them having and reading previous information, use additional sheets if you need more space. What evidence to send depends on what else is available and if it is still relevant. I would send the EHCP regardless.
