DLA Change in circumstances help

Hi,

Can anyone help please? My DS already receives mid rate care but nothing for mobility. He's recently been diagnosed with a rare disease which means he is often wheelchair bound.

I need to update DLA but the line just plays the engaged ring tone and cuts out. Is there an online form? Do i fill out a whole new application? I need this sorted asap

Keep trying the phone line as the form completed for COC isn’t exactly the same form as for completely new applications.

Be aware the award can decrease as well as increase. However unlikely you think it is you need to be aware it is a possibility.

Thank you @ThomasWasTortured . I was hoping there was a different form rather than being stuck on hold. i am aware it may go down but i appreciate you commenting that in case others see who aren't aware
