Tips/advise for viewing SEN nursery

I'm off to view a SEN. Yeasty next week for my DS although he in a nursery they really feel he would benefit from a place at this nursery the only thing is there is only 8 places so it like gold dust I just wondering if anyone has any tip advise or questions I should be asking and things I should be looking out for on my visit.

I've not got experience of viewing a specialist nursery but I would ask things that you would usually ask at a Nursery:

What's the staff ratio
What's the staff turnover like
Is food provided
How do they deal with meltdowns
Does DS need to be potty trained
How do they deal with Discipline
What activities do they do
How many weeks of the year are they open
