DLA quick question

Hi all,

I am reapplying for my sons DLA.
They are asking for my child benefit number… I however can not find this anywhere. From searching it states they don’t give this out anymore, I had a letter from Chikd benefit last year and that also contained no child benefit number and just had my NI number.

if I send my DLA form without the CB number would it delay it?
