SEND Tribunal submission help please- totally lost!

Hi ,

we are appealing the local authorities decision on an education setting for our daughter (section I)

i have the form (SEND 35) but does anyone have a sort of draft of a letter to go with it? Or do you just send the form?

You don’t need to send a letter as well. Send the completed form with any other documents/evidence you have.


Are you appealing B&F too? Often you need to as B&F will be written in a way that supports the placement the LA have named in I.
