Hi would like some advice I’m applied for dla for my son with adhd he’s under the difficult asthma clinic he also has frequent wetting accidents due to posteria urethra values he’s age 7 he was turned down also turned down on mandatory reconsideration I appealed sent in loads more info and it’s been nearly 1 year tribunal coming up and dwp have sent a letter saying thanks for asking to look at your claim again and we’re sorry we haven’t made a decision but they have they said no and I didn’t ask for a second do you think the tribunal has asked as I sent in so much more information contradicting dwp reasons for a decline any advise would be appreciated many thanks
