my mil's runs out soon. does she have to apply or will she get sent a renewal form?

I normally ring the local social services dept about a month before and ask for a renewal form to be sent!! Hope this helps 2shoes. How are you? hope youre ok. My ds has a different half term to me so will be at home when im back at work! Thank goodness for friends who will help!
