Learning disabilities? How u know?

So I often hear that some autistic children also have additional learning difficulties/disabilities. How would u know this?

A learning disability and learning difficulty aren’t the same thing. A learning disability is a separate diagnosis. Learning difficulties might be more general learning difficulties or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia. How DC function in life and school would give you an indication. As will assessments from e.g. a paediatrician, ed psych, CAMHS.
