Dla renewal for for ds missing?

I sent back a renewal back in December, called today and they haven’t received , im in Northern Ireland, and I remember the envelope provided with the form was addressed over in England somewhere.. I can’t remember exactly where though
but all I know is this is obviously not my error as I’ve just sent it back in the envelope they provided
has this happened to anyone else 🤔

This happened to me but I had sent it by special delivery and they were able to locate it as it had been signed for. I’m in England.

Did you take a photocopy or scan of the form before you sent it?

Actually mine was a new claim.

Thankfully I copied some of it but I had sent off original diagnosis letters ect 🤦🏻‍♀️Just so stressful filling these forms out
