Hi
I put a application in to familyfund on the 7th November. When i go onto track my app it keeps saying there is no open application. I received a confirmation email when i submitted my application.

If anyone else has applied recently when did you manage to track it.

I think if it’s a new first time application, it has to be approved etc before they accept it. We had someone come out do our house to speak with us and check entitlement paperwork etc. After that we were able to apply and be awarded. That was in 2019 initially and we’ve had 4 awards now.
