Biting/sucking on clothes

DS2 bites and sucks on his collar and sleeves. I try to say no or pull it gently which causes upset, is there anything I can do/buy to help?

This could be due to a sensory differences. Have you tried a chewy necklace/bracelet/pencil topper?
