Cerebral Palsy?

My son was born 2019 via forceps (horrific for us both). When he was a baby he didn't move his left side of his body very much (health visitor dismissed us due to 1st time parents with traumatic birth).
When he started crawling he kept bumping in to things on his left and not eating things that side of his tray when weaning, we worked very hard with him to encourage this on our own with no support. He met all his milestones on time.
Took him to GP who referred to opthalmology he has a squint and glasses now.
Now hes 3 he walks with a abnormal gait, had high tone in upper and lower limbs, struggles with fine motor stills. It points to cerebral palsy or a neurological condition
Paediatrician referred for an MRI and its come back showing nothing.
We are pleased there isn't anything bit feel at a loss that is not helping us get to the bottom of what's wrong with our son and don't know what to do know. The Paediatrician said hes on her waiting list to see face to face but couldn't tell me how long.
Has anyone experienced similar or have any advice.
Thank you

I was convinced my son had cerebral palsy for a few reasons. MRI came back clear so I asked (begged!) them to run genetic blood tests. They did and turns out he has a genetic syndrome that explains the concerns I had/have. Might be worth checking?

Hi, I wondered if there was an update on your son at all please? I have similar concerns about my son too and had the same horrific birth as you did as well. Any advice would be amazing. Thank you

Hi, the neurologist we said said my son does not have cerebral palsy we have been told he just has mild hypotonia and it's just "one of those things" . All his genetic test have come back fine. I'm still not convinced about there being no neurological cause but that's what the drs say.

Hello, my 2 1/2 son sounds about the same. He been delayed at crawling and walking. He still can't pull himself off the floor. I've seen 2 different pediatrician about his walking and coordination but says he has four depressed limbs, global development delay, Autism and suspected ADHD. His had a MRI scan that came back normal and waiting for someone to do a face to face before physio. An Educational physiologist said that he walks with a weird gait and has a dimple at the base of his spine that is closed. He can't physically walk properly and constantly falls over. I keep stressing to them my concerns but keep getting dismissed.
