Just that, really! Lovely summer holiday only to return to school who are struggling to hold onto tas due to cost of living crisis and low wages (no one's fault), but all the new staff are taking their tl on DS, who is apparently much less regulated. Teacher messaging me about it all, DS more stressed on weekdays and ignoring me etc because he's disregulated from school, just a bit fed up really!
Anyone else fancy a moaning with me??!
