My ds2 who’s 15 and nonverbal takes 7.5mg of Alfresed syrup. past few weeks it’s been hit and miss. He’s been on it for a while now. What else could I ask the doctor for , we did go to the CDU when we first got it but now he doesn’t go there.if he’s awake then I’m awake.

There are other medications DS can try. Although many GPs won’t prescribe them without them being initiated by a paediatrician or CAMHS. You could also try increasing the dose to 10mg.
