DAF/SEN inclusion fund

My child’s nursery has received a DAF payment and also SEN inclusion fund payments but only a very small portion has been spent. Has anyone else been in this position or able to offer any advice? Thanks in advance.

How do you mean, "only a small proportion has been spent" ?

Have they not covered staff in the rooms when the staff have had meetings with you and or with outside agencies or advisory teachers, or made referrals (including to get the funding in the first place) , or written support plans ?

Have there not been times when there ratios have been higher in the room ?
