My son has been on equasym xl 20 mg for a few months but no significant change only a small change had his review in clinic & peadiatrics have decided too up his meds now to 30mg as he tolerates them well ... i.e no major side effects ... should I see an instant difference in him when he takes the 30mg, or should I not expect too much, he is 7 years and 11 months weighs 36kg.
