Travel to US covid rules-Help

We are going to florida at the end of August doing Disney parks and 4 day cruise, very excited but this is stressing me out
DD is 12, turning 13 while we are out there, she has asd and a fear of needles so we did try get the covid jabs but had to give up as she was just too scared. Does anyone know if the US accepts exemption certificate, I believe I can get one due to asd but not sure of its valid there? 😬

This suggests under 17s arent required to be vaccinated to enter the US

Thanks dementedpixie I had seen that but couldn't remember where and then read something else that contradicted it, I think the more I've looked into it and gone down a google hole the more confused I've become, the CDC website is very confusing 🙈 it does clearly say that though so think I just need to go with that and stop worrying
