Disability pushchair?

I’m really debating getting my 7 year old a disability pushchair, but I’m worried school/professionals would think I’m exaggerating her symptoms or enabling her?

she suffers quite bad constipation (regularly having enemas, constant soiling and tummy pains) and is (probably) autistic and refusing to walk a lot, which makes days out a nightmare.

just looking for opinions really.

You need to do what’s best for you and your family. If she needs it, get it. To hell with what others think. My child is 3 and in a pushchair because she has the understanding of a child a lot younger so for her safety I use it. I get looks but I don’t care. Her safety and well-being is priority

DS is 5 and has very little understanding for his safety he is in a disability pushchair. The professionals working with him agree he should be in the pushchair for his own safety. I get funny looks and even comments when we are out but I don't care.

I heard two women on the bus last week calling me a lazy parent because I had my son in his special needs buggy.
