Three days in to school holidays. DS, almost 7, diagnosed with asd with pda so lots of routines and everything has to be phrased as not a demand. Started keeping an adhd diary as suspected for a while he has adhd but so hard to untangle it from asd and pda and sensory stuff.
Just wanting to say, is anyone else exhausted already??! Is adhd the ability to not focus on anything for more than 5 to 10 mins 🤣🤣
Phew! So much energy! Not a thread asking for activity suggestions etc, I have plenty, moreso just asking if anyone else is knackered out yet?! 🤣 I highly suspect I'm on the spectrum too and the lack of downtime in the summer holiday is an interesting change of pace!
