Hi, any recommendations for a smart watch with GPS for an autistic child who wanders?

I have no recommendations about smart watches, but I did see a parent on another post mention that she used an Apple air tag on a wrist band strap on her toddler when going to large populated places, so if they wandered off, she could track them on her iPhone.

Thanks for this, really helpful, I didn’t know you could get them on a wristband.
