Carer's Allowance

Hi, my daughter has just qualified for high rate care DLA so I have applied for carer's allowance as my partner works but I don't... could anyone tell me how long carers seems to be taking for a decision atm please?

About 12 weeks mines just gone over that and still waiting x

Mine took about 3 month, at the beginning of the year, but they did back date it all the way to my requesting the DLA form, so when it came I got about 7 months worth as a lump.
