Toe walking

Hi, I have 3 year old twins, one of which is on ASD pathway and has GDD. The other, I have always thought she was pretty much Neurotypical (no concerns regarding speech/development etc).. however, she has recently started walking on her tip toes the majority of the time..
If this was a sign of autism, would she have always walked like this? Or would it be possible for it to just 'start happening'?
It's just something that concerns me that's all, I could be completely over thinking it 🙈 but I'm worried it could be due to a physical problem maybe? Or could just be a phase she is going through.. any experiences would be appreciated thank you 😊

Does you other child toe walk?

My NT dd used to toe walk when she was little but we then realised she was just copying ds.
